TVK4096 SNAP N SLICE
The Japanese stainless steel serrated blades evenly slice whole tomatoes without crushing! The serrated blades instantly cut
through all foods and make easy and fast prep work in a snap!
Due to the easy exchange of the blades you can optionally cut thick or thin slices with one device! If the food slide guide is
inserted the Genius Snap Slicer cuts equal slices of approx. 0.39 inches with 6 stainless steel blades. After exchanging the food
slide guide with the additional 5-blade insert a total of 11 stainless steel blades are cutting slices of approx. 0.19 inches.
Slide the black button forward (away from the handle) and unlock the handle as in the Figure
The upper part opens automatically due to a strong spring. Place the item onto the serrated stainless steel blades as in Figure 2. Large items should be cut in half to fit onto the grid.
Press the two handles together USING BOTH HANDS like in Figure 3.
By using pressure of the other hand you can cut the items within seconds into equal slices without any effort - Figure 4.
For making thinner slices, you can easily attach the additional blades insert. Just press the two ears of the protective frame together and remove the frame as in Figure 5. Take the additional blades insert in the same way out of the holder and attach it into the Genius Snap Slicer (Figure 6) you will hear a little click when the insert snaps in. Now you can cut the items into thin slices. Proceed as described under points 2 and 3.
The additional blades insert as well as the protective frame can be stored in the holder when they are not in use.
After having cleaned the Genius Snap Slicer (see point Cleaning in Instruction guide) press both handles together and
lock them by sliding back the black safety locking button . This protects the blades. When storing in a drawer always lock the handles.
